What
Why Chetna’s Approach Is Different
Health advice is often broad and generalised. Chetna’s approach focuses on understanding how biology, nutrition and lifestyle interact at an individual level — translating complex information into clear, practical guidance for everyday life.
Evidence-informed guidance
Recommendations are grounded in nutrigenomics research and practical nutritional therapy principles.
Practitioner-led interpretation
Your results are personally reviewed through a functional nutrition framework rather than generated through automated reporting alone.
Designed for real life
Guidance is tailored to daily routines, family life, food preferences and long-term wellbeing goals.
Clear, practical direction
Complex biological information is translated into personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that feel achievable and understandable.

Science, Experience & Continuous Learning
Health is constantly evolving, and so is my professional development.
My practice is built on formal training in nutritional therapy, advanced nutrigenomics and evidence-based health coaching, combined with private clinical experience supporting adults, children and families.
Alongside practitioner certification in LifeCode GX genetic testing, I continue to undertake specialist training in areas including neurodiversity, brain health, digestive health, mental wellbeing, healthy ageing, skin health and functional laboratory interpretation.
Whether working with an individual client, a family or an organisation, my goal remains the same: translating complex science into practical, personalised recommendations that support long-term health and wellbeing.
