If you choose DNA testing, relevant personal data, sample details, consent records and report-related information will be processed in connection with LifeCode GX to administer the testing service and provide your report. LifeCode GX states that testing involves a cheek swab, consent documentation, and the option to run additional reports from the original sample for up to 6 months.
Depending on the activity, Chetna Chudasama and LifeCode GX may act as separate independent controllers of your personal data. Your data will also be subject to any applicable LifeCode GX privacy and consent documentation.
